We control the temperature at which our products are maintained from the trawler to the consumer. The whole round fish from the trawl is chilled in refrigerated seawater bunkers, graded by size, and put in freezers. It is then packed in strong cartons and stored in the freezing holds.
We continue to monitor the temperature during unloading from the trawler, where regular inspections are conducted. Our experts control the unbroken cold supply chain : all the way from the trawler to the final destination.
